You can CANCEL your membership to Conceptest at any time

We do NOT want or need your bank account details, as we thank you for doing a survey with us by giving you a shopping voucher, which we post to you.

Conceptest will NOT charge you to be a member.

We will NOT clog up your email inbox to let you know there’s a survey.

After you become a member of Conceptest, we will contact you via SMS to let you know there is a survey for you to do. Numbers of respondents required for each survey may be limited, so once you get an SMS from us log-on as soon as you can. Don’t worry if you’re too busy or away on holidays and cannot get to a computer to do the survey, we will try you for the next survey that suits you.

We have associate membership of both the Advertising Federation of Australia and the Australian Market & Social Research Society and abide by their codes of conduct.

Conceptest feels confident that once you’ve done a survey and seen how easy it is, you will want to tell your friends to become members.
